Importance of Concordia Daycare Essay Example For Students

Importance of Concordia Daycare Essay My name is Wararat. I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. I just graduated from Srinakharinwirot University in Computer Science. I had been a part of Concordia since I was young. I came here on school holidays, because my aunt worked here. I really liked staying here, because I met many friends. My friends in Concordia lived in community near Bangna Highway. My aunt always taught me that we should help each other. Some of my friends had cerebral palsy, but I never felt that they were different. I thought we were all innocent. We could play together, and it was very fun. I have very valuable childhood memories. I have learned a lot of things in Concordia. I learnt about Gods story. We were fostered from this place that, â€Å"Everyone should look upon yourself as having value then you will be proud and you will always have good thinking and doing good things. † I also did many activities with my friends. I went to skills development camp, and I had a very good relationship with friends. I got experiences from role-playing, and singing on Christmas day too. There are many volunteer teachers from abroad, that helped us increase our knowledge and success. All of volunteer teachers didn’t expect us to clever students. Ms. Nelson, was the first teacher that I was impressed by. She was aware of the importance of children. She had a commitment, and willingness to work with the hearts of children in the communities. She made me like English, and made me want to learn of the culture of the west. For this reason, I have my dream. If I had the opportunity to visit these countries, I would. I want to say a big thank you to Ms. Thaweesin, many children in Concordia called her, â€Å"kru Dang. † She is the one who thinks about the importance of under privileged children. She has been responsible for the child development projects to help and support these children. She gave them a lot of smiling, laughing, and a lasting impression. I have been in Concordia since childhood. I was impressed and wanted to change from being a recipient, to be giver to the children in the next generation. I have plans to teaching children how to use computers on Saturdays at Concordia. I could try teaching to give children the opportunity to learn, and get a better chance in life as Ive ever received. I really would like to to thank the foundations that support Concordia Daycare, to be the place for helping under-privileged children. It can reinforce their intelligence, honesty, patience, and foster loving. The foundation expects that helping sufferring people will allow them to take better care of their children. This is a way to help many children, live happily. It provides them with better chances. The most important thing is, that it can shape them into being good people in the future.
